hello I arrive tomorrow at your hotel and wanted to ask the best way to get to your hotel from Venice Treviso airport? thank you

From the Airport of Treviso you can take the shuttle bus to Venice Piazzale Roma and then the public boat vaporetto nr. 1 to S.Angelo stop and from here just 5 minutes by walk.

Good
The hosts provided clear and concise instructions on how to get to the hotel and where our keys would be as we arrived late evening. The beds were made every morning and they tided the room. Friendly staff. Excellent location, 9 minute walk from St.Marks Square and 4 minute walk from the water bus stop. Next to local amenities which was very handy for breakfast and lunch and ice-cream.
The mattress was hard, but that's personal preference. Additional socket near to mirror and light in main room would have been nice when doing makeup and hair. UK adapter plugs kept switching the light off when plugged in as the light switch and plug socket were one unit. But again not a real issue.

The room was beautiful. The hotel almost impossible to find. The staff almost non-existing.
The room was decorated beautifully and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and quiet during night.
It was really hard to find it because the address in Google maps is incorrect. It would really help if there was 24/7 receptionist working at the hotel or to have a bigger sign on the door. At one moment we were close to giving up because we weren’t able to find it.

Great location, very nice place in Venice
Perfect location, right in Campo Santo Stefano, easy to reach from various boat stops (with luggage, the most convenient is S. Samuele) and close to the main attractions in Venice. Some nice coffee places (especially the one downstairs) and restaurants around. Very nice staff. Very clean and spacious rooms, with wonderful views from the windows. A shared minifridge is available on each floor and cold water is provided each day. Very easy self check-in.

Very good!
The hotel in campo San Stefano, with restaurants, shops, a museum and a chapel. So the area is very lively and a walking distance to San Marco square. The room is clean and the staff was very helpful in giving directions to get to the hotel. The owner also gave us great recommendations for our stay in Venice and was also kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage in the hotel after check out to allow us to spend time in the city freely prior to our train departure.
The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so make sure to carry small (20 kg bag or smaller) when traveling there, also we didn’t feel that the room door was very secure, we could see the outside light through a crack between the door and the frame.
